4 Day Off Piste Skiing and Ski Touring Courses

These courses are delivered by our team of Instructors and Mountain Guides providing the technical skiing focus and the vital safe travel and off piste awareness education.

We have the courses split into 2 levels so that you can be grouped with like ability skiers and ski tourers.

Level 1

This is the course for Skiers who can already get down an off piste run but find it difficult, a challenge and certainly not gracefully.  You might find changes in snow texture and gradient a challenge and you use up all your strength, both mentally and physically to get down safely.  Ski Touring is something that you want to get into, or you may already have tried it but your skiing needs improving to be able to keep up with others. This course develops your skiing skills and helps you make technical changes to your off piste skiing building on the skills you already have, using your strengths and using them to help develop your weaknesses.

Level 2

This course is for those who already enjoy getting stuck into the off piste and rise to every challenge that off piste terrain can throw at you.  You already have some skills and mountain awareness knowledge for safe snow travel, spend time ski touring already and would like to share the week with like minded and knowledgeable people.  We can always improve our skills so this week will help you to identify weaknesses and look at where and when your performance breaks down.  The instructor and guide will help you to work on these areas while out enjoying the ski touring adventure.

These courses will be alternate days with Instructor/Guide but if the bookings are in for a minimum of 4 clients on the course the second day of the course will be with both the Instructor and Guide.
